END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Effective Date: June 12, 2025

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and Tech-Pack Assets, owned by Dominic Baggott, governing the use of the digital product(s) ("Assets") provided through www.techpackassets.com.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Asset from Tech-Pack Assets, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. License Grant
Upon purchase, Tech-Pack Assets grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Assets under the following conditions:

1.1. Single-User License
If you purchased a single-user license, you may install and use the Assets on one computer for your personal or professional work.

1.2. Multi-User License
If you purchased a multi-user or team license, you may install and use the Assets on up to the number of users specified at checkout. Each user must belong to the same company or organization.

2. Permitted Use
You may:

  • Use the Assets in commercial and non-commercial projects

  • Modify or adapt the Assets for use in your own tech packs or design documents

  • Include the Assets in client projects (as part of final deliverables)

3. Prohibited Use
You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the Assets in any form

  • Include the Assets in any product, bundle, or platform for resale or public download

  • Share the Assets with collaborators or contractors outside your licensed user group

  • Claim the Assets as your own original work or use them to create competing resources

4. Free Trials and Student Licenses
If you are using a free trial or student-discounted license, your use is limited to non-commercial, educational, or personal projects only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Commercial use requires a paid license.

5. Ownership and Copyright
All Assets are protected by copyright. Tech-Pack Assets retains all ownership and intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited license, not ownership of the Assets.

6. No Reverse Engineering
You may not reverse engineer, extract, or disassemble any part of the Assets for the purpose of creating similar or competing products.

7. Limitation of Liability
Tech-Pack Assets’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Assets. In no event will Tech-Pack Assets be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or performance of the Assets.

8. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will automatically terminate if you breach any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Assets.
